Salary Range: ₹1.80 LPA - ₹3.60 LPA

We are currently expanding our BPO wing and looking for energetic professionals to join our night-shift customer support team.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or ticketing systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet performance KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and service offerings.

**Requirements**:

- HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in international BPO or customer service (Freshers with good English communication skills can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. time zone).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
