**Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Voice Banking Process)**
**Work Schedule**:
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational offs
- Shift timing: US shift, any 9 hours (night shifts included)
- Pick up and drop off will be provided by the company
**Eligibility**:
**Requirements**:
- Graduate or HSC degree
- 1 year plus experience (for permanent position)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a night shift environment
- Comfortable working in a voice process
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
