Sales Officer- HORECA

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition and Retention**:
- Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals through direct sales and business development strategies.
- **Product Promotion**:
- Present and promote Mahesh Group products (Mustard Oil, Refined Oil, Spices, and Dals) tailored to the needs of HoReCa customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and highlight unique features and benefits.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, competition, and customer trends within the HoReCa sector.
- Provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Engage with key decision-makers, such as chefs, procurement managers, and business owners, to understand their requirements.
- Offer personalized product solutions and address customer queries effectively.
- **Order Management**:
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain stock levels at client locations.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- **Promotions and Campaigns**:
- Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers tailored for the HoReCa segment.
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness to the marketing team.
- **Brand Building**:
- Strengthen Mahesh Group's presence in the HoReCa sector by representing the brand at trade shows, events, and exhibitions.
- **Problem Solving**:
Address any product or service-related concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
