We are excited to announce a job opening for the position of **English Communication Trainer** at **GiftAbled Foundation**. We are seeking an experienced trainer to enhance English communication skills for professional readiness.

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging English training sessions.
- Conduct Versant assessments.
- Develop and update training materials.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners.
- Prepare learners for effective workplace communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
- 5+ years of teaching experience.
- TEFL/TESOL certification preferred.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in conducting Versant assessments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Combination of in-person and online training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
