**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive English language classes for various proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement life skills training programs covering topics such as communication, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and materials to cater to different learning styles.

2. **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update training materials and curricula to meet the needs of the participants.
- Integrate real-life scenarios and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.

3. **Participant Assessment**:

- Assess the learning needs and progress of participants regularly.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help participants improve their skills.

4. **Mentoring and Support**:

- Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to participants as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participant engagement and confidence.

5. **Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Track and report on training progress and outcomes.
- Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs.

6. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other trainers, staff, and volunteers to ensure a cohesive training program.
- Communicate effectively with the Program Manager and provide regular updates on training activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an English teacher or life skills trainer, preferably in an NGO or community-based setting.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop engaging training materials and activities.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their potential.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
