2.Preparing the Assignments, Skill Assessment Test, Training Material &Mock Tests.

3.Training & Guiding the students to enhance their skills.

4. Making teaching plans for the program and daily exercises for the students.

5.Holding constructive feedback sessions to help students to come up the learning curve.

6. Providing counselling to prospective students for interviews and follow up.

7. Deliver Communication/ Soft skills/ Interpersonal skills related training that empowers youth to take up employment.

8. Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of the corporate placement.
