**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective responses.

Problem Resolution and Support**:

- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments (such as Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support) to find optimal solutions for customer issues.
- Track and follow up on customer issues until they are fully resolved, maintaining accurate records and updating customers on progress.
- **
Account Management and Retention**:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to inform customers about new products, services, or promotions.
- **
Data and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate customer data and records in CRM systems.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth to management.
- **
Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement**:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement changes based on customer insights.
- Participate in the development and delivery of customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, Masters in Computer Application, B Tech,
- Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Officer, Account Manager, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Google Apps, other computer settings, Project management skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
