Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential clients to promote and sell the services we offer.

Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by understanding their requirements and pitching the most suitable services.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with all the services offered by the company services.

Follow-up Calls: Follow up with leads who have shown interest and re-engage past customers to cross-sell or upsell additional services.

Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by successfully converting leads into customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries promptly.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients about services, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and lead conversion to the Sales Manager.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Tamil or Malayalam with the ability to effectively communicate complex services in an easy-to-understand manner.

Sales Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role is preferred, especially in the media, digital marketing, or creative industry.

Knowledge of Services: A basic understanding of digital marketing, video production, website design, photography, and studio bookings will be a plus.

Target-Driven: Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets consistently.

Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Problem-Solving: Ability to address client concerns and objections effectively to close sales.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving media landscape.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite is a plus.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or related field is a plus.

Previous telecalling or sales experience in the media or digital marketing industry is an advantage.
