H.S Ahuja and associates is a nationally recognized high end interior firm working both the residential and commercial segments of the market. The firm projects range from renovation as well as new project design. The majority of the firms work is local but also has, many projects in other states. We are seeking in our office, who thrives fast paced environment, enjoys working with a team and wants to grow with the company. Our company is working at PAN India level and created successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools and villas located all across India. We work complete start to finish. We involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high rise building projects.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. He must have min 7 years experience in project planning and execution including, drafting, designing, purchasing, manufacturing, quality control, assembling, dispatching, site installation, site coordination etc.

2. He should have a strong knowledge of interior and furniture industry.

3. He should have clean concepts related to interior or civil work.

4. He should have strong clientele background to get reference.

5. He should have a knowledge about the furniture exhibition.

6. Good presentation skills.

7. Participates in various interiors/ furniture exhibitions and generate leads, regular follow ups till full and final.

8. Always build good relationships with clients and make a strong portfolio of clientele.

9. Proficient in presentation and explain style of work execution for complete turnkey projects.

10. Should graduate from architecture, interior designer and civil engineering given preference.

11. Should have previous working experience with architects, designers and construction firm.

12. Expertise in cost estimation.

13. Proficient in communicating with client and chasing vendors.

14. Can do cost estimation for site execution work and furniture material of wood, materials, glass work, furniture fittings, lightning, profiles, hardware etc.

15. Can calculate CFM and HVAC fittings equipment for site installation work.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 100% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kirti Nagar, New Delhi - New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
