Explore our diverse product offerings and discover the perfect blend of style, comfort, and durability.Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role, we're seeking a Sales/Marketing Professional based at Ahmedabad. You'll promote our products, manage sales and customer service, and build relationships with customers and partners through out country. If you're results-driven and customer-focused, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives Manage customer relationships, sales teams, and distribution networks Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and marketing initiatives Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions Achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and enhance brand presenceQualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the Technical Textiles / Home Textiles segment Proven track record in business development, sales management, and team leadership Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-centric skills Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (verbal and written) Strong industry network and relationships with distributors, retailers, and suppliers Ability to travel extensively pan India.Desirable Skills: Experience in new product development, branding, and digital marketing Knowledge of textile industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and market research methodologies Six Sigma or any related certifications (added advantage)Experience:>3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Home Textiles.
