Sales & Marketing Executive

A Sales and Marketing Executive for a company like Glass Centra, specializing in door windows and slim slider systems, would typically be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and overseeing sales activities. Key responsibilities may include:
- **Market Research**: Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Lead Generation**: Developing strategies to attract potential clients, particularly architects, to expand the customer base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and architects to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Creating targeted sales strategies to effectively promote products and services.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitoring sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Working closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- **Networking**: Actively engaging with industry professionals and attending relevant events to build a network of contacts, especially among architects.
**Qualifications Required**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.
- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.
- **Contacts**: Established relationships with architects and industry professionals would be a significant advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
