**Role Overview**:
The Sales and Marketing Intern will assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies and support the sales team in achieving their targets. This internship offers hands-on experience in the dynamic transportation and logistics industry, providing an opportunity to learn about sales processes, market research, and customer relationship management.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research to identify potential markets, competitors, and customer needs.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and preparing detailed reports for the sales and marketing team.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through online research, cold calling, and networking events.
- Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track and follow up on client interactions and opportunities.
- **Digital Marketing Support**:

- Contribute to social media content creation and management.
- **Event and Campaign Management**:

- Support in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure promotional materials are prepared and distributed effectively.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Help in managing marketing calendars, project timelines, and sales reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the sales and marketing team.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Work Location: In person
