We are seeking a proactive and motivated **Sales and Marketing Intern** to join our team at Atiya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to assist in developing strategies, executing campaigns, and supporting sales efforts. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Support:_
- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential leads and clients.
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Help manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and product demonstrations.
- Marketing Support:_
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Help with market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaboration:_
- Work closely with both sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
- Contribute ideas for promotional materials and branding initiatives.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on sales and marketing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in MBA.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite) is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- An interest in both sales and marketing, with a desire to grow professionally in these areas.
