**Key Responsibilities**:*

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

3. Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to clients.

4. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends.

6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

8. Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:*

1. 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.

2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
