**Experience Required**: 1+ years in sales or franchise-based food brands (e.g., Moti Mahal Delux or similar)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, approach, and onboard potential franchise partners and clients.
- Manage relationships with existing franchise outlets to ensure satisfaction and performance.
- Conduct field visits for lead generation, partner engagement, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and operational support.
- Represent the brand professionally during client meetings, events, and presentations.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- **1+ years of sales experience preferably in the food franchise industry**, preferably with brands like Moti Mahal Delux or similar.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in the field, traveling within the assigned territory.
- Presentable personality with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of regional food markets is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
