**Roles and Responsibilities**

About the role- Ensure implementation of quality assurance/control and inspection systems, for highest quality ofmanufactured vehicles.**Responsibilities**:
- Inspection of 100% vehicles as per defined SOP and Acceptance Quality Level.
- Monitoring Test riders’ wise issues
- Taking Improvement actions
- Unsold claim Ratio,
- Joint PDI Index
- Audit defects

Defined manpower deployment Line wise
- Co-ordination for Man-power availability as per defined Productivity chart.

Maintaining discipline and consistent output of the Test riders
- Test riders Output monitoring.
- Counselling and trainings for improvement

Timely clearance of the vehicles after Final inspection.- Co-ordination with the Shift wise counter parts Frame assembly/PPC/OBL for smooth vehicles clearance from Finalinspection
- Maintaining 5s, Safety and TPM culture in Department
- Conducting Safety Meetings, Various Audits of the Department
- Carrying out regular maintenance of equipment’s and infrastructure

Support in carrying out external COP’s
