Line Incharge-Machine Shop

A purpose driven role for you

Your responsibilities include but not limited to-

1. Ensure In-plant manufacturing products to ensure compliance with global standards

2.Evaluate Process and Machine Capability

3. Effective Functioning of CTQ Machines.

4. MIS Monitor for daily Rejection & Rework in Shop floor.

A Day in the life

You will be working on day-to-day basis with stakeholders like GB , Maintenance, Supplier Quality, Market Quality

Academic Qualification & Experience

1. Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical.
2. Diploma -6 ~ 8 Years/ BE - 2 ~ 4 Years.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. Process Knowledge in Machining Process of Forging Parts Like Cr Shaft, Con Rod, Cy Block components
2. Quality Audits in line as per audit planning (Part inspection, Product and Process Audit competence)
3. Warranty parts analysis & action plan preparations.
4. Knowledge of "PFMEA, PQCT (Product Quality Control Table) QA (Quality Assurance) Rate, QM (Quality Maintenance) Matrix etc.
