**Job Summary**:
The Production Incharge will oversee daily operations of the corrugation production line to ensure efficient production, quality control, and timely order fulfillment. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of corrugation machinery (such as 3/5/7 ply lines), and experience in managing manpower and maintenance schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning & Execution**:

- Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet customer orders on time.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor and reduce machine downtime.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise production staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Train and develop the workforce for continuous improvement.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor product quality during and after production.
- Work with QC teams to resolve any defects or rework issues.
- **Machine & Maintenance Oversight**:

- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure proper calibration and functioning of corrugation, slotting, printing, and stitching machines.
- **Inventory & Raw Material Handling**:

- Check raw material stock (kraft paper, adhesives, ink, etc.) and coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement.
- Minimize material wastage through process optimization.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain production logs, shift reports, downtime reports, and daily output summaries.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of corrugation machines (single facer, double backer, rotary slotter, flexo printer, etc.)
- Production scheduling and lean manufacturing principles
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis
- Leadership and people management
- ERP or production tracking systems

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time; requires availability for shift work and occasional extended hours.
- Factory floor environment, requiring adherence to safety protocols.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
