Technical Skills/Knowledge 1) Knowledge of paint process. 2) Knowledge of equipment’s & preventive maintenance of paint Shop. 3) Analytical Approach and its usage for sustained improvement. 4) Ability to read & draw engineering drawings 5) Knowledge of TPM Behavioural Skills 1) Building Effective Team. 2) Able to think innovatively to improve the existing process. 3) Effective manpower management 4) Customer focus 5) Listening Skills 6) Conflict Management.
