**Short Description**:
Manage the day to day production activities in shift to ensure the right operational support to all customers and suppliers in order to achieve the PQCDMS (productivity, quality, cost, delivery, moral & safety) for meet the customer demand and conduct successful rollout of product in my shift.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure appropriate stage allocation of team members at all stages for smooth production in my shift at assembly Line.
- Ensure to rollout of OK Engines quantity from Engine assembly line in my shift for meet the customer demand in market as well as OLE,Productivity & Rejection cost reduction
- Ensure the quality parameters in Engine in assembly process in my shift.
- Ensure the healthy work culture at shop floor by injury elimination in my shift
- To achieve IMS, EnMS & TPM objectives through adherence of systems and procedures for resource conservation in Section

**Skills Information**:
Engine assembly process equipments,tools and technique

Understanding of benchmarking process, formulation of action plan for mitigating risk related to IMS & EnMS, Energy Baseline, variables affecting energy performance

If acting as an Internal Auditor for IMS & EnMS: Competent for Preparing Audit Plan, Collecting audit evidence, identifying opportunity for improvement, Non Conformity and Observation, Compiling Audit Report, etc

If Nominated as RCT Member : Team Manager to be qualified as per Technical Assessment Criteria defined for RCT Manager
