**JOB DISCRIPTION**
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel industry partners, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other vendors.
- Understand the features and benefits of various travel products and services in order to effectively promote them.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to maximize profits for the company.
- Create and update customer profiles in order to better understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and developments in order to remain competitive.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer data and manage sales activities.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.

**SKILL AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proven sales experience
- Knowledge of the travel industry
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to use customer service software and other related tools
- Knowledge of geography and international travel regulations
- Creative problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Travel Sales: 1 year (preferred)
