**About Us**: Our company is a newly established family office led by the promoters of Baazar Kolkata. We specialize in wealth management and stock market portfolio management. As we set up this new team, we are seeking a skilled Personal Assistant.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the executives' calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in personal tasks and errands as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience: 2-5 years of coordinator experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong follow-up skills are essential.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Time management skills.
- Familiarity with social media and basic tech tools is a plus.

- The annual salary for this position ranges from 300,000 to 480,000.
