**Job Summary**
Tathastu Resorts is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Assistant - B2B & Corporate Sales** to support our growing institutional and corporate sales function. This role plays a crucial part in driving the success of B2B bookings by assisting in client communication, preparing proposals, managing internal coordination, and ensuring accurate documentation. The position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the luxury hospitality segment and gain hands-on experience in B2B and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the B2B sales team with daily interactions and inquiries from corporate clients, travel agencies, and institutional partners.
- Coordinate the logistics and execution of group bookings, corporate offsites, wellness retreats, and MICE events.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM systems, client databases, and internal sales trackers.
- Liaise with internal teams (reservations, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery for corporate bookings.
- Support lead follow-ups and client engagement initiatives to nurture long-term relationships.
- Assist in planning and participating in sales meetings, site visits, trade shows, and networking events.
- Collect and document client feedback to support strategy refinement.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, corporate travel sales, or client servicing (B2B segment preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- A quick learner with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
