**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **Scouting Executive** to join our expanding team. This role is crucial in driving agprop’s growth by scouting and onboarding new brokers onto our platform. You will be responsible for building relationships with brokers, understanding their needs, and helping them leverage agprop’s platform to enhance their business operations. Additionally, you will scout commercial properties that align with our brand partners’ requirements and assist in the property leasing process.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Broker Acquisition**: Identify and meet with brokers in the assigned region, introducing them to agprop’s platform and helping them understand its value.
- **Onboarding Brokers**: Guide brokers through the onboarding process, assist with subscription sales, and ensure smooth integration onto the agpro’s platform.
- **Property Scouting**: Identify suitable commercial properties in the market that match the needs of the brands. Work closely with brokers to ensure a steady pipeline of properties for leasing and transactions.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on local real estate trends, commercial leasing, and property values to better advise brokers and brands.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction with the platform.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report progress on broker acquisition, property scouting, and subscription sales to the management team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to provide feedback and help tailor the platform to better meet the needs of brokers and brands.

**Required skills & qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Any Graduate.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in fleet profiles, real estate, business development, or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of Retail industry is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Must be comfortable using computers and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Familiarity with SaaS platforms or CRM tools is a plus.
- **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of the real estate industry, particularly in commercial leasing and property scouting.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Self-motivated & Organized**: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- **Location**: Must be based out of Delhi/ NCR.
