Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of securitization transactions, including asset-backed securities and mortgage-backed securities.
- Support clients in preparing, reviewing, and validating financial models, transaction documentation, and investor reports.
- Perform Agreed-Upon Procedures in line with regulatory requirements and firm methodologies.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external parties.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all deliverables.
- Prepare detailed working papers and maintain proper audit trails.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
