**Purpose of Role**:
**The primary responsibility of the RM/ Sr. RM is to sell insurance policies by generating leads though retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads leads that received from the channel apart from sourcing business**

**CTC-2 to 3.5Lakhs/+incentive**

- Updateprospectinformationandtrackperformanceonleadmanagementsystem(LMS)/VYMO
- Ensurethatallproceduralrequirementforpolicyissuancearecompleteandcorrect.
- Trackpolicesthathavebeenloggedinthebranchtoensurespeedyinsurancetoprovidecorrectandcompleteinformationonproductstoallcustomerstoshowtransparency.

DecisionScope:Toprovidecorrectandcompleteinformationonproductstoallcustomersthatwillhelptransparencyandsmoothsaleofthebusiness.Thiswillensurethatthechannelwillremaincompetitiveandsuccessful.

Day to Day Deliverables
- Daily monitoringo fleads
- Update leads in LMS system
- Repost daily activity to supervisor
- Service existing clients

**What you must have?**
- Graduate
- 0-2yearsworkexperience.

Minimum 6monthsofexperienceinlifeinsurance sales management

/retail bank distribution/co-operative bank and channel management/DSA relationship

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
