Process Coordinator

A process coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of materials, information and other resources through a company’s production or service processes. They ensure that all steps are completed in a timely manner and that no steps are missed.
Process coordinators may also be tasked with ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the entire process. This might include checking to make sure that products meet certain specifications before they leave the assembly line or making sure that customer requests are handled quickly and correctly.
**Process Coordinator Job Duties**:
Process coordinators have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Acting as a liaison between project managers and other team members, such as engineers or designers, to ensure that projects are moving along smoothly
- Reviewing work orders to ensure that they have been completed correctly and offering feedback to the employee who performed the work
- Monitoring budgets, timesheets, and work schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time
- Coordinating with vendors to obtain materials needed for projects, including ordering supplies or equipment and scheduling deliveries
- Organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that deadlines are met
- Coordinating with clients or customers to determine specifications for projects and communicating these requirements to the appropriate team members
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure that materials are delivered on time
- Providing support for other staff members by answering questions about procedures or policies
- Monitoring work quality to ensure that it meets company standards
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
