International Coordinator(Chat Process)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and reschedule installation appointments with customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and check their availability.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and any changes.
- Ensure timely and efficient scheduling to optimize technician availability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any scheduling concerns or issues.
- Coordinate services with vendors and tenants

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree Must, advanced degree or certifications a definite plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English MUST.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in scheduling or customer service for US / CA clients preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
