Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns via chat (non-voice process).
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Record customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Good typing speed with accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Basic computer proficiency and customer-centric approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
