We are hiring for a non Voice process in Mohali***:

- Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries and ensuring that the Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately..
- Customer service background.
- Able to work in 24/7 environment.

**Qualification**:
Graduates and Undergraduates available- (Full time Degree students not eligible only distance course students)**Other Requirements**:

- Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Listening Skills.
- Must possess Excellent Verbal Communication.

**Experience: Freshers Eligible**

**Shift :Rotational shift**
