**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately and efficiently.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and sheeters.
- Ensure all baked goods are visually appealing and meet our quality expectations.
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory of baking supplies and inform management when reordering is needed.
- Potentially assist with customer service, including taking orders and packaging items.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or relevant experience.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes precisely.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for baking.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of food safety practices.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Formal culinary training or certification.
- Experience with cake decorating.
- Customer service experience.

Pay: ₹10,135.61 - ₹40,744.16 per month
