Job Title: Bakery Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)Job Summary:
The Bakery Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) supports the bakery team in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a variety of baked goods. The DCDP ensures high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency, and assists in the daily operations of the bakery section.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Preparation and Baking**:

- Assist in the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely and efficient output.
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
- **Quality Control**:

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Monitor the freshness and consistency of products.
- Report any issues with ingredients or equipment to the Chef de Partie.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery section.
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Assist in the management of inventory and stock levels.
- Ensure that ingredients are properly labeled and stored.
- Participate in ordering and receiving supplies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other members of the kitchen team.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff and apprentices.
- Communicate effectively with the Chef de Partie and other team members.
- **Creativity and Innovation**:

- Contribute ideas for new recipes and product improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
