A Bakery Chef is responsible for all aspects of a bakery's production, from preparing various baked goods to managing inventory and ensuring food safety standards. They may also develop new recipes, train staff, and contribute to menu planning.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Culinary experience**: Extensive experience in baking and pastry arts.
- **Recipe knowledge**: Familiarity with a wide range of recipes and baking techniques.
- **Food safety**: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- **Inventory management**: Strong inventory management skills.
- **Communication skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- **Leadership skills**: Ability to train, supervise, and motivate junior staff.
- **Creativity and innovation**: Ability to develop new recipes and menu items.
- **Attention to detail**: Ability to ensure consistent quality and presentation of baked goods.
- Education : Degree in Bakery/ Diploma in Bakery and confectionery
- Work Experience : minimum internship/ previous job of 6 month-1 year in bakery kitchen with knowlege of cake making, frosting, cookies, cake decoration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
