**Position Overview**:
As a Bakery Chef at Seoul Bakery & Cafe, you will play a crucial role in producing a wide variety of baked goods, from bread and pastries to cakes and desserts. You will be responsible for creating and implementing new recipes, ensuring consistent product quality, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. You will work closely with our team of bakers and other staff members to deliver exceptional baked goods that delight our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Develop and modify recipes to achieve the desired taste, texture, and appearance of baked goods.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are consistently delicious.
- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery kitchen, including ingredient preparation and storage.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to create new and exciting baked goods that align with customer preferences and seasonal themes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise junior bakery staff, offering guidance and support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role in a bakery or pastry shop.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, pastry creation, and food safety standards.
- A creative and innovative approach to developing new recipes and flavors.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- An understanding of inventory management and cost control.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
