**Job Summary**:
As a Bakery Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bakery production, including preparing a variety of baked goods, supervising bakery staff, and ensuring the highest quality of products. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for baking will contribute to the success of our bakery.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Bakery Production**:

- Prepare a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts, according to established recipes and standards.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent quality and appearance of baked products.
- Innovate and develop new recipes and baked goods to enhance the bakery's offerings and attract customers.

**Quality Control**:

- Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of baked goods to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Address any issues or concerns regarding product quality or consistency promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bakery chef or pastry chef, preferably in a high-volume bakery or pastry shop.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary school.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creative flair and passion for baking, with the ability to innovate and develop new recipes.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire bakery staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
