**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Present and demonstrate educational products and services to potential clients.
- Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Support and Relationship Management**:
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure product adoption and usage.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, needs, and challenges in the education sector.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market trends and customer requirements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
