Purchase Order Processing Executive

Analyze product movements and current stock levels to determine purchase requirements for all outlets.
- Generate accurate and timely purchase orders using insights from daily average sale data and stock information.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely deliveries.
- Maintain comprehensive outlet-wise and supplier-wise databases to facilitate efficient order processing.
- Create and maintain reports on purchase order status, performance metrics, and recommendations for optimization.
- Identify surplus or underperforming products that may impact the company's reputation and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the store management team to align purchase orders with each outlet's unique demands.
- Monitor purchase order status, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Continuously improve processes to achieve seamless on-time replenishment of products.
- Contribute to the company's sales goals by ensuring all necessary products are consistently available.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
