Cosmetic Clinic Customer Care Executive
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and manage all front desk activities including calls, appointments, and client management with the utmost professionalism.
- Provide comprehensive information about our cosmetic treatments and products, personalizing recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
- Coordinate appointment schedules for clients with our specialists, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Follow up with clients post-treatment, gathering feedback and addressing any queries or concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain and update client records in the clinic’s database with precision and confidentiality.
- Assist in managing client flow within the clinic, ensuring a smooth and organized operation.
- Collaborate with the cosmetic team to stay informed about new treatments, products, and practices, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to clients.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to deepen knowledge of cosmetic services and customer care excellence.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the cosmetic, beauty, or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients warmly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A keen interest in cosmetic treatments and skincare, with a desire to stay informed about industry trends and innovations.
- Proficiency in using office and CRM software to manage client information and appointments.
- High school diploma required; additional certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or related fields is a plus.
