**Location: Chennai, India**:
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the US region to introduce our products/services.
- Willing to do 120 calls a day. Cold calling is a must as part of this job profile.
- Utilize a strategic approach to engage potential clients and create interest in our offerings.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the Business Development Managers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted calling campaigns.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and call volume.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cold Calling Executive or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of the US market and business practices is a plus
- Any Bachelor’s degree and above
