1. Calling clients & handling walk-in visits at the office.

2. Counseling them

3. Explaining course details, answering their queries and convincing them for admission including negotiate the prices.

4. Arranging for counseling sessions at the office and closing admissions for our education and training institute/firm.

5. Scheduling and fixing classes & appointments

6. Managing zoom classes, making hosts, retrieving class recordings and sending them to students and ensuring overall smooth running of classes

7. Receiving & sending training materials via mail to all the parties involved in classes

8. Managing student whatsapp groups, handling student complaints, informing trainers and students about any latest developments

9. The job profile also includes responsibilities like scheduling meetings, sending mails, sending payment reminders, maintaining records on excel etc.
