**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Estimate Preparation**
- Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and project documents.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Assess labor, material, and equipment needs.
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.

**Bid Management**
- Review RFQs/RFPs and prepare bid proposals.
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate bids.

**Cost Optimization & Value Engineering**
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in design and construction.

**Stakeholder Coordination**
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.
- Communicate cost-related updates with clients and internal teams.

**Market Research & Analysis**
- Stay informed about market trends, material prices, and labor costs.
- Utilize historical data for cost forecasting.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC and/or MEP estimation.
- Proficiency in estimating tools**:Procore, PlanSwift, Accubid, Trimble, Bluebeam**.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction codes, and building standards.
- Advanced Excel and working knowledge of **AutoCAD**/**Revit** (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Work Schedule**
- Shift Timing: General / UK / USA Shift (based on project requirements)
- Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite)
- Occasional site visits may be required
