**About the Role**:
As a Senior BIM MEP Engineer at Virtual Building Studio (VBS), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM services to international clients. This position requires a deep understanding of MEP systems, BIM standards, and software proficiency. You will work on creating and managing intelligent BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines while adhering to client specifications and global standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **BIM Model Development**:

- Develop detailed and accurate BIM models for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) at various Levels of Development (LOD 300-500).
- Convert 2D CAD drawings or PDF markups into 3D BIM models per client requirements.
- **Coordination & Clash Detection**:

- Perform clash detection and coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP models using tools like Navisworks.
- Ensure that all models are coordinated and free of conflicts before submission.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality checks to ensure models meet project standards, global BIM protocols (e.g., AIA, ISO 19650), and client specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve modeling issues.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate directly with international clients to understand project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on project status and address client feedback promptly.
- **Documentation & Deliverables**:

- Prepare and manage detailed MEP documentation, including shop drawings, schedules, and as-built models.
- Ensure timely submission of all deliverables with high accuracy.
- **Team Leadership & Mentoring**:

- Guide and mentor junior BIM engineers in MEP modeling and coordination.
- Share best practices and support team members in enhancing their technical skills.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the development of improved workflows.
- Keep updated with the latest advancements in BIM technology and MEP systems.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM software.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards (AIA, BS, ISO 19650) and MEP codes.
- **Experience**:

- 2-6 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
- Proven expertise in creating models for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Leadership skills to guide and manage teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
