MEP Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and planning:
- Develop detailed designs for mechanical (HVAC, plumbing), electrical (power distribution, lighting), and other building systems.
- Create blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications.
- Conduct energy efficiency calculations and ensure designs meet all relevant codes and standards.
- Project coordination:
- Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines for MEP components.
- Installation and maintenance:
- Oversee the installation of MEP systems on construction sites to ensure they are installed according to design specifications.
- Monitor system performance and conduct testing and quality control checks.
- Troubleshoot problems and suggest enhancements or repairs.
- Documentation and management:
- Prepare and review technical documents, including manuals and reports.
- Manage contracts, document project data, and handle paperwork accurately.
- Assess existing buildings for suitability and potential electrical improvements.
Candidate should have around 6 to 8 years experience in the MEP Real estate or Hospitality Projects.
