**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Review and Coordination**:Analyze MEP design drawings and plans to identify potential clashes or installation issues, coordinating with the design team to resolve conflicts and ensure proper integration with other building systems.
- **Subcontractor Management**:Select, manage, and coordinate the work of MEP subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- **Site Supervision**:Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor the installation of MEP systems, verifying compliance with project specifications and building codes.
- **Schedule Development and Tracking**:Create and manage detailed MEP installation schedules, identifying critical milestones and addressing any potential delays.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Facilitate communication between the MEP team, architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to address any issues and maintain project alignment.
- **Quality Control**:Implement quality control procedures to ensure the proper functionality and performance of all installed MEP systems.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including as-built drawings, progress reports, and punch lists.
- **Cost Management**:Monitor MEP project budget, identifying cost variances and proposing corrective actions to stay within financial constraints.
- **Compliance and Safety**:Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the construction process.

**Qualification:

- B.tech Mechanical / Electrical**

**Experience:

- Min. 15 years**

**Salary:

- 75k to 80k**

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
