Job Title: MEP Manager

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in MEP Design (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire).
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in managing and leading design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of MEP design engineers and draftsmen.
  • Manage the design process for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and allied services in line with project requirements and standards.
  • Review, check, and approve detailed MEP design drawings, BOQs, and technical reports.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve complex design challenges during all project phases.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client specifications.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops.
  • Support business development by providing technical inputs and innovative design solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and international standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
