**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Review design documents**: Assess design specifications and plans for accuracy and feasibility
- **Coordinate installation schedules**: Manage the installation of MEP systems
- **Manage subcontractors**: Ensure that M&E subcontracts are executed within budget
- **Ensure compliance**: Ensure that MEP systems are designed and installed to meet building codes and project specifications
- **Resolve issues**: Resolve technical and site issues
- **Coordinate with other professionals**: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure that MEP systems integrate seamlessly with the overall building design
- **Schedule and witness testing**: Schedule and witness all preliminary and final testing and commissioning at all stages of the works
- **Contribute to construction design**: Contribute to construction design and management, along with health and safety considerations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
