Key Responsibilities:

- *BIM Management:*
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and protocols for MEP works.
- Manage the BIM data set for MEP disciplines, ensuring accurate and consistent information throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate the integration of MEP models with architectural and structural models.
- Project Coordination:

- Work closely with project managers, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to align BIM processes with project objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of MEP models and perform clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts.
- Lead coordination meetings to discuss BIM-related issues and updates for MEP works.
- Technical Support:

- Provide technical support and training to MEP project teams on BIM tools and software, including Revit and Navisworks.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to MEP BIM workflows.
- Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that MEP BIM models comply with industry standards and company protocols.
- Perform quality checks on MEP models to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update BIM libraries and templates for MEP components.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Generate and maintain documentation related to MEP BIM processes, standards, and procedures.
- Prepare and present BIM progress reports focused on MEP works to project stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with BIM 360 or similar collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of Dynamo or other scripting tools for automating BIM tasks.
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
