**Job Summary**:
As an MEP BIM Executive, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. You will play a key role in converting CAD designs into 3D BIM models and ensuring the integration of MEP systems within the overall building design. Your ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and solve complex design challenges will be vital in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CAD to BIM Conversion**:

- Convert traditional 2D MEP CAD drawings into detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit or other BIM tools.
- Ensure that MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) are correctly integrated into the BIM model.
- **BIM Model Development & Coordination**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive 3D MEP models for ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate MEP systems effectively within the BIM framework.
- **Clash Detection & Resolution**:

- Perform clash detection using BIM software like Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building components.
- Ensure that design changes are reflected in the BIM models and communicate adjustments to relevant stakeholders.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Generate 3D views, drawings, and documentation from the BIM models to support design and construction phases.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, progress updates, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all BIM models are developed in compliance with internal standards, industry best practices, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular audits of BIM models to maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall design and construction process.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or discrepancies related to MEP systems.
- **Software Management & Improvement**:

- Use Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in model development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and methods, offering suggestions for improvements to workflows and processes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or related field. Certification in BIM (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience working in MEP design, BIM modelling, or related fields, with hands-on experience in CAD to BIM conversions.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software tools.
- Experience with clash detection, BIM coordination, and MEP systems integration

**Technical Skills**:
Strong understanding of MEP systems design, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of BIM protocols, standards, and best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
