MEP ManagerTo deliver exceptional Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system installation and testing outcomes, we execute and supervise site activities in alignment with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.We interpret HVAC drawings and specifications to ensure conflict-free installations through coordination with design and execution teams.Supervising subcontractors and ensuring availability of materials, tools, and manpower enables uninterrupted site activities.Daily progress monitoring ensures quality compliance during equipment installation and duct fabrication.We support the testing and commissioning of HVAC systems, including air balancing, water balancing, and functional performance testing.Maintaining documentation such as installation checklists, test reports, and material consumption records is crucial.Key Interactions:Internal StakeholderWork sequencing and coordinationSchedule tracking, compliance, and inspectionsResolving technical queries and implementation alignmentExternal StakeholderExecution and material/equipment supportInspections, approvals, and technical reviewsTesting, commissioning, and technical validationsMinimum Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC specializationYears of Experience: 15 – 20 yearsNature of Experience: Extensive experience in site execution of HVAC systems in building or infrastructure projects, including equipment installation, ducting, commissioning, and compliance with technical standards.Technical Skills: Installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment, ducting and piping layout, air and water balancing, chiller and AHU commissioning, insulation techniques, understanding of HVAC codes and standards, AutoCAD, MS Office, testing and commissioning procedures, quality control, safety complianceLeadership/Behavioral skills: Team coordination, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, accountability, adaptability, result orientation, time management, safety awareness, stakeholder collaboration
