Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (RTR), Month End Close, Financial Statement Reconciliation and Analysis, Invoicing, Payroll,
- Experience in US GAAP, ,QuickBooks or any other US accounting software
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial matters.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and success of our US based clients.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Manage the invoicing process and ensure timely payments from clients.
- Oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on AP, AR, RTR, Month End Close, Financial Statement Reconciliation and Analysis, Invoicing, Payroll.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in managing a team of finance professionals is a plus.
